What a project costs, and how I get to that number.

Those are starting points, not quotes. A five-page site and a booking platform have almost nothing in common, so I scope the work in detail first, agree a fixed price in writing, and that price doesn't move unless you ask for something new.

A site built from scratch — designed, built, and live. Most land between $2,500 and $6,000 depending on what it has to do.

Maintenance & support

Monitoring, security patching, backups, and a real person to email. Pause or cancel with 30 days' notice.

What moves the price

    How many distinct pages or screens

    A page that repeats a layout with different words is quick. A page that behaves differently — a booking flow, a dashboard, a checkout — is a different kind of work.

    Whether you need to edit it yourself

    If you want to change text and images without calling me, that means building an editing system behind the site. Worth it for most businesses, but it adds to the build.

  3. 03

    What it has to connect to

    A site that stands alone is simpler than one that has to talk to your booking system, your payment provider, and your accounting software.

  4. 04

    Whether the design exists yet

    If you have brand guidelines and a designer, I build to them. If not, design is part of the project.

  5. 05

    How much content already exists

    Copy, photography, and product data take time to produce. If you have them ready, the project moves faster.
