You are welcome to read the site, use the assistant, and contact us. In return, please do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.

Nothing here is a quote or a contract

Everything on this site — including anything NYX tells you — is general information. It is not an offer, a fixed quote, a delivery commitment, or professional advice for your situation.

A price and a timeline become binding only when they appear in a written proposal signed by both of us.

NYX, the AI assistant

NYX is an AI system. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not create any obligation on our part. Please do not send it confidential information, credentials, or personal details about other people. If something matters, confirm it with us at hello@anonyx.dev.

Project work

Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, ownership, and confidentiality. As a matter of policy, you own the code we write for you, and your repositories, hosting, domains, and third-party accounts stay in your name.

If anything in your signed agreement differs from what is written here, the signed agreement is what applies.

Our content

The text, design, code, and graphics on this site belong to us. You may read, link to, and share them. Please do not republish substantial parts as your own.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from them will be dealt with by the courts of Victoria.
